I LOVE using ruffled crepe on almost ALL of my paper crafting projects...
it adds just the right amount of sweetness and charm that I am always looking for!

This trim is made of ruffled crepe and has been trimmed with decorative scissors. Both edges are hand glittered with a special blend of 100% pure vintage silver and white German glass glitters.

Measures approx. 1" wide.
